Rugged Computing, Field Power & Mobile Infrastructure

Field technician using rugged wearable computing during equipment maintenance

RUGGED COMPUTING, FIELD POWER & MOBILE INFRASTRUCTURE

Field systems designed to operate as one kit

TS2 Space combines rugged endpoints, edge computing, protected networking, power, charging, cases and mobile infrastructure around the users and environment.

COMPLETE FIELD WORKFLOW

The device, power and packaging must work together

Ingress protection and drop ratings matter, but so do sunlight readability, gloves, interfaces, battery logistics, thermal limits, data handling, repairability and the weight of the complete transport load.

Rugged computing

Laptops, tablets, handhelds and wearable interfaces selected around applications, environmental exposure, user input, ports and lifecycle support.

Edge and local data

Compact compute, storage and local processing for teams that cannot assume continuous cloud access or unlimited backhaul capacity.

Field power

Batteries, protected distribution, vehicle charging, generators and solar input sized from a realistic load profile and operating cycle.

Mobile infrastructure

Cases, racks, cabling, lighting, workstations, temporary shelters and spares organised for fast setup, accountability and recovery.

Portable and fixed communications systems at a remote operating site
ENGINEERED FOR THE LOAD

Power autonomy starts with honest consumption

A dependable kit begins with the actual devices, duty cycle, peak loads, charging losses, temperature and resupply pattern. We calculate the power path before selecting a battery label or generator size.

  • Device and accessory power inventory
  • Runtime, charging-window and redundancy targets
  • AC, DC, vehicle and renewable input options
  • Cable, connector, fuse and distribution planning
  • Transport, storage temperature and battery compliance
  • Common spares and replacement strategy

DELIVERY MODEL

Configured, labelled and documented before dispatch

Profile

Users, software, data, climate, ingress, vibration, autonomy, transport and support.

Configure

Endpoint, compute, storage, networking, power, cases, cables and field spares.

Review

Classify encryption, high-performance computing, radio and specially designed configurations.

Commission

Load, test, label and document the kit with a practical support and replacement path.

Commercial rugged equipment is not automatically export-controlled, but encryption, radio capability, high-performance components, specially designed military modifications and destination or end-use controls can change the applicable requirements. Availability is confirmed only after project review.

PLAN A FIELD SYSTEM

Tell us what the team must run and for how long

Share the destination, users, applications, environment, runtime, charging options, transport limits and support requirement. We will define a practical system and confirm the appropriate supply route.

Service availability, performance and permitted use depend on location, network capacity, local regulation, selected equipment and service plan. Specifications and commercial terms are confirmed individually.
