Understand the scope
PRECISE AUTHORISATION SCOPE

ZG-PL-DU-1 is not a blanket drone export licence

The Polish national general export authorisation ZG-PL-DU-1 applies only to products classified under 9A012.a.1 and to export from Poland to Ukraine, subject to all stated conditions. Every model and transaction requires a documented review.

Platform classification

Airframe, endurance, controlled BVLOS capability, wind design, propulsion, software and modification state are reviewed against the current control list.

Payload and communications

Cameras, thermal sensors, navigation, radio links, encryption, software and technical data can have classifications separate from the aircraft itself.

End-user verification

Customer, consignee, ultimate end user, ownership, intended use, destination, transit and restrictions on further transfer are verified before supply.

Controlled delivery

Documentation, customs references, serial records, acceptance evidence and required annual reporting are integrated into the transaction workflow.

NON-WEAPONISED SYSTEMS

Platforms for observation, inspection and spatial data

The public offer is limited to non-weaponised systems and supporting workflows. Typical requirements include infrastructure assessment, mapping, photogrammetry, engineering inspection, environmental observation, search support and lawful situational awareness.

  • Multirotor and fixed-wing platform assessment
  • Optical, thermal and mapping payload review
  • Ground control, batteries, charging and protected transport
  • Data workflow, spares and maintenance planning
  • Training or technical assistance only where separately authorised

Armed UAVs, loitering munitions, weapon-release systems and fire-control or targeting functions are outside this standard web offer.

No quotation before classification and end-use review

Specify

Manufacturer, model, configuration, payload, software, accessories and technical data.

Classify

Determine the relevant dual-use, military-list or unlisted status for every component.

Verify

Screen parties and confirm end-use documentation, destination, transit and re-export conditions.

Authorise

Use ZG-PL-DU-1 only where its exact scope applies; otherwise obtain the required route before export.

ZG-PL-DU-1 covers only products meeting 9A012.a.1 exported from Poland to Ukraine and does not automatically cover payloads, encryption, software, technical assistance or military-listed equipment. Supply remains subject to sanctions screening, end-user verification, customs requirements and current Polish and EU law.

Provide the exact platform, configuration and end user

Send the manufacturer, model, technical specification, payload, software, accessories, consignee, ultimate end user and intended use. We will determine whether a lawful supply route can be confirmed.

Service availability, performance and permitted use depend on location, network capacity, local regulation, selected equipment and service plan. Specifications and commercial terms are confirmed individually.
